Home/ Admission Procedure

ADMISSION

1. Registration: Any candidate who wishes to seek admission to the school must get his/her name registered at the school office.

2. Admission: A student's performance in a written test followed by an interview, will decide his/her admission to the class to which he/she seeks admission. The written test will be based on the syllabus of the previous class, according to our school standard.

3. Eligibility and Admission- Requisites: A child should be 3 years or above as on 1st April of the year for admission to Nursery and 2 and half years or above for Pre-Nursery. (Play way).

4. A birth certificate along with the aadhaar card from the legal authorities showing the date of birth should be produced at the time of admission. A photo copy of the same will be required to be handed over to the school authorities, along with two passport size photographs. Students who are coming from other school/boards will have to submit transfer/migration certificate from the previous school.

 

THE WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

1. The parent/Guardian of a student who is to be withdrawn from the school must submit a written application for the same at least a month before the child is to be taken away.

2. School leaving certificate will be issued only if all dues have been paid and library-books are returned.

VISITING HOURS

The Principal receives Visitors on all school days

WINTER11.00 A.M. – 12.00 NOON

 

Kindly adhere to the visiting hours to avoid disappointment. In case of emergency appointment can be fixed through school office. Parents can meet the class teacher only on Parent Teacher Meeting (P.T.M)

(Due to unfavourable weather conditions, timing may be changed with prior information).

LEAVE RULES

1. No leave of absence is granted without prior written application or leave format parents or guardians and that also only for serious reasons.

There will be fine of Rs. 5/- for absentee.

2. A student on returning to school after a contagious or infectious disease should produce a Doctor's certificate permitting him to do so. The school accepts no responsibility due to failure in producing such a certificate and the student is obliged to return home during class hours.

3. All are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after each vacations. Those absent because of sickness must present a medical certificate before they are admitted to class. Absence for more than five days renders the student liable to be struck off the rolls.

 

STUDY RULES

1. Do not omit the lesson or home work assigned, if you do, it is like missing a train that you can never catch afterwards.

2. Always revise the work done in class and make sure that you have understood everything clearly and thoroughly.

3. If memory work is assigned, learn it overnight and repeat it in the morning.

4. Always note down in your diary, the work that is assigned for the next day.

5. All home work should be done neatly and every day the work should be dated. Each new homework should be done on a fresh page.

6. As you grow up, make a daily time table for yourself for your study (The different subjects in order of difficulty, the most difficult one being first) as well as for your rest, recreation etc. In this way you will learn to be a person of regular habits, a most valuable asset in later life.

7. Revise at the end all that was learnt during the week.
